Interesting seminar that will take place at Skeiðvellir in October with Sytske Casimir. Horse led leadership development is a way of engaging with your leadership language with masters of silent communication. Horses are extremely perceptive to your non verbal signs and know if your are leading or not. They notice doubts and unclarity, before you even know they are present. And unlike humans, horses will give you clear clues as to what they notice. Your staff, peers and boss may not tell you when they notice you've stopped leading, a horse will. And though they are direct and clear, horses have no judgment and will shift the moment you shift. That makes horses unique coaches, allowing us to explore our personal leadership language, without following a prescribed model. What works is what works in the relationship between you and that horse, what works is your voice...your style based on who you are and what you believe.
